Cemen Tech mobile concrete plant, model MCD8-100T. Cement production unit installed on a three-axle trailer. The entire unit operates completely independently. This means that the trailer alone can produce concrete on demand without the tractor truck being attached. Concrete is supplied on demand, so there is no loss or waste.

The unit is equipped with a Kubota V3300 commercial engine at the front, to which the high-capacity hydraulic pump and air compressor are coupled. The diesel tank is integrated into the trailer, as are the hydraulic oil and compressed air tanks. Four other tanks are installed for water, entrained air, color, reducer, admixture, micro-air, or any other product used during mixing.

There are compartments 1 and 2 with top loading for sand and rock. And finally, there is the closed tank for cement powder.

Equipped with a Printek Mobile MTP400 mobile printer to track quantities used and bill customers directly on site. It has a large boom at the rear with an auger to deliver the concrete wherever you need it.

This unit was built in 2004 and has only 2,800 hours of use. The trailer has just been inspected (SAAQ inspection valid until May 2026) and is equipped with new tires on all three axles. It is equipped with anti-theft chiseling.
