Everything seems functional but the motor capacitors should be changed. We received it with the capacitors disconnected and when we started it, it worked but the circuit breaker tripped shortly after. This is normal because it is the job of the starting capacitor to provide the required current at the start and it seems defective. Repair probably very inexpensive... Price only $995
